Atrium Sanctuary Karaka

The design for the inner courtyard is beautifully refined and simplistic yet it ticks all of the clients requirements. It is a low maintenance garden, with composite decking, feature rock and paving elements and a specimen maple tree. It has an automated irrigation system. The well-designed lighting transforms the courtyard from day to night, the space transcends into a signature art piece in the centre of the house that can be admired when entering in from the main entrance, walking back and forth in the hallway, and from the master bedroom. The simplicity of the design captured the essence of a Japanese garden with a modern twist that beautifully complemented the house and fulfilled all the clients expectations.
