The design for the inner courtyard is beautifully refined and simplistic yet it ticks all of the clients’ requirements. It is a low maintenance garden, which the residents of the care home can safely use and enjoy all year round. The courtyards can be admired when entering in from the informal lounge area, and from the residents’ private rooms and it provides an appealing view from the upper floors. Overall, the client was very happy with the design outcome, both in terms of budget and the completion of the finished area for all to enjoy.
