Remuera Villa Garden

This stylish character villa in Remuera, conceals one of our flagship residential projects of this year. This remarkable property sits at the back of a steep sloping lot, facing to the west, allowing for plenty of sunny moments on a bright day. Using its naturally sloping layout, our designer created a formal French-style inspired garden covering the 630 m2 all the way to the back. Creating an equally impressive entrance, with plaster rendered concrete blocks used for all retained walls, the path leads you naturally down the slope. In these boxed planters, clipped box hedges form the backbone of the garden and the parterre. Plantings within the clipped hedges can be voluminous and slightly unruly, but the garden will always have a feel of formality with those crisp hedges. Arriving at the back of this garden you will be welcomed by a safely enclosed pool and entertainment area, before heading out onto a lush green lawn. Up on the deck and elevated walkway, all the unique areas of this garden can be enjoyed all year around.
